No. 90 -01- 7003 -01
Dear Mr. Jopke:
December 27, 1990
On behalf of our client, Tanurb Developments, Inc., we are asking you to reinstate our
application of September 28, 1990 for modifications to the Rosedale Commons Shopping
Center. As we understand it from our previous conversations with you several weeks ago,
the initial application and application fee are still valid for this revised submittal. Please
find, enclosed, two (2) sets of full -size and twenty six (26) 8 1/2 x 11 reductions of the
following revised drawings. We have also enclosed the required mailing labels for the
adjacent property owners.
Sheet 1 Site /floor plans indicating existing conditions with proposed
modifications.
Sheets la -lc - Large scale partial plans from Sheet 1.
Sheet 2 - Exterior elevations indicating existing conditions with proposed
modifications.
Sheet 2a - Large scale partial elevations from Sheet 2.
Protect Description
Rosedale Commons is an existing shopping center built in 1985 at the intersection of
County Road 132 and Fairview Avenue. The purpose of this submittal is to describe minor
changes to the shopping center to accommodate a new anchor tenant.
Site Related Modifications
The only modification to the existing site is the deletion of 12 parking stalls along the one -
way service drive on the north side of the building. These stalls were deleted to allow
maneuverability of service vehicles around the proposed new loading dock for the new
anchor tenant. There will be no modifications to the existing curb line. These stalls will
not be replaced. However, reductions in the existing retail square footage will be made
so that the overall parking ratio will not change.
:%rdme m.
P1.utnmg
lnicn..i lk,ign
