CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular meeting of the City Council - 'February 25, 1991. 7:30 P.M. The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL members present: Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog. Members absent: None. A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A -1 Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES the regular meeting of February 11, 1991 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None. B. CONSENT AGENDA B -1 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Richard Gay's RICHARD request for withdrawal of a sign setback variance at GAY 2211 Hamline Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None. B -2 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Scenic Sign OLIVE GARDEN Corporation's request for withdrawal of variance to SIGNAGE sign area requirements at the Olive Garden Restaurant at 1525 W. County Road C be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None. B -3 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that James Ranalla's JAMES RANALLA request for minor variance, to allow a driveway to remain at its present location at 1288 W. Skillman Avenue, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None. B -4 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the following BLANKET MINOR blanket minor variances be approved in accordance with VARIANCES the City's policy for driveway side yard setbacks: 1. John McKenny request for a 3 foot variance at 1307 W. Skillman Avenue. 2. Elizabeth and William Orr request for a 4 foot variance at 1308 Draper Avenue. 3. Mabel Hayden request for a 1 foot variance at 1258 Draper Avenue. 4. Robert Cooper request for a 4 foot variance at 1266 Draper Avenue. 5. Karl Liescheck request for a 5 foot variance at 1190 Skillman Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.
