<br />B -5 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8657, RESOLUTION
<br />authorizing the City Manager to submit an application 8657
<br />to the Metropolitan Council for a $38,100 three year,
<br />interest free loan to cover up to 75 percent of the
<br />cost of an Opportunities for Cooperation study, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />B -6 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the selection of CONSULTANT
<br />a consultant to conduct the Falcon Heights /Roseville SELECTION
<br />Opportunities for Cooperation Study be continued to the
<br />regular City Council meeting of March 25, 1991. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />B -7 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8658, RESOLUTION
<br />approving a water -ski course and water -ski jump on 8658
<br />Lake Owasso, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas,
<br />Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />B -8 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Change Order No. FIRE PUMPER
<br />1, in the amount of $2,825, for the purchase of a 1990 CHANGE ORDER
<br />Fire Pumper from Custom Fire Apparatus, bringing the NO. 1
<br />total cost of the Pumper to $221,005, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, Maschka,

<br />B -9 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the 1991 Con- CONTRACTOR

<br />B -10 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the following BILLS

<br />Zeece's request for final plat approval at 202 W. TROTTIE
<br />County Road B be continued to the regular City Council ZEECE
<br />meeting of March 11, 1991. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas,
<br />Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />C -2 Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Arthur Mueller's ARTHUR
<br />request for vacation of a portion of a drainage ease- MUELLER
<br />ment at 2221 and 2223 Ferris Lane be approved. Roll
