<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETIN} <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 14, 1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 14, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kehri and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the followirg resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7932 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. p-ST-84-33j <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND (RDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMErT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Imprevement No. <br /> <br />p-ST-84-33i of the City of Roseville on all tlat property <br /> <br />abutting Woodhill Drive between Lexington Aver ue and Victoria <br /> <br />Street by the installation of bituminous pavir g, concrete curb <br /> <br />and gutter, storm drainage facilities and neCl ssary appurtenan- <br /> <br />cesj and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area des I ribed in the legal <br /> <br />notice relating to the original hearing on thl~ improvement and <br /> <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the conti 'act price for such <br /> <br />improvemen tis $ 193,664.3 7and the other expellses incurred or to <br /> <br />be incurred in the mak ing of said improvemen t. i amounts to <br /> <br />$37,072.20 so that the total cost of the imp'ovements will be <br /> <br />$230,736..57, and of this cost the City will p.LY $199,000.63 as <br />
