<br />its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE,. be it resolved by the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specifically assessed s hereby declared <br />to be $ 31,735.94 <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the a:.sistance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith cc.lculate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such work against every <br />assessable lot, piece or parcel of land withill the improvements <br />affected, without regard to cash valuation, a:, provided by law, <br />and he shall file a copy of such proposed assl!ssment in his <br />office for public inspection. The City Managl!r may arrange for <br />the assistance of the Data Processing Divisiol of the County of <br />Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed assl!ssment roll. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager shall, upon completi11n of such proposed <br />assessment, notify the Council thereof for thl!ir further action <br />and for their setting of an assessment hearinl' therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the forego ng resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Matson and UpOI vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All pJ'esentj and the <br /> <br />following voted against: None. Whereupon sa d resolution was <br /> <br />declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
