<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETI~G <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 14,1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on JUly 14, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and KEhr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the followir.g resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7937 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-85-7 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND CRDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Imprcvement No. <br /> <br />SS-W-P-85-7 of the City of Roseville on all that property <br /> <br />abutting Rose Place from Fernwood Street to Dunlap Street and on <br /> <br />Fernwood Place to approximately 300 feet north by the installa- <br /> <br />tion of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary <br /> <br />sewer, storm sewer, watermain and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br /> <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br /> <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br /> <br />improvement is $J44.695~ and the other expenses incurred or to <br /> <br />be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts to <br /> <br />$ 30,506.72 so that the total cost of the improvements will be <br />$175.201.72, and of this cost the City will pay $14.719.04 as <br />
