<br />its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE,. be it resolved by the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $ 160,482.68. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such work against every <br />assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the improvements <br />affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, <br />and he shall file a copy of such proposed asse3sment in his <br />office for public inspection. The City Manage~ may arrange for <br />the assistance of the Data Processing Division of the County of <br />Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed asse3sment roll. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager shall, upon completi01 of such proposed <br />assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further action <br />and for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoi1g resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Matson and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All pr~sent; and the <br /> <br />fOllowing voted against: None.
