<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 14,1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 14, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7938 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED I~PROVEMENTS <br />OF 1985, PROJECT ST-p-85-8; <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND JRDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for ConsJlidated Projects of <br /> <br />1985, Projects ST-p-85-8 and p-85-10 of the City of Roseville <br /> <br />consisting of the construction of the following: <br /> <br />a. Project 85-8 on all that property abutting Fisk Street <br />from County Road C to Oakcrest Avenue by the installation <br />of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm <br />sewer and necessary appurtenances; anj <br /> <br />b. Project 85-10 on all that property abutting Rose Place <br />from Fisk Street to Avon Street by the installation of <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary <br />appurtenances. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area des~ribed in the legal <br /> <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the Consolidated <br /> <br />Improvements of 1985, Project ST-p-85-8 and the resolution <br /> <br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is <br />
