<br />$ 93,018.00 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in <br /> <br />the making of said improvements amounts to $15,160.50 so that <br />the total cost of the improvements will be $_LOS,178.50 and of <br /> <br />this cost the City will pay $ 84,234.05 <br /> <br />as its share of the <br /> <br />cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $23,944.45 <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the a3sistance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith c~lculate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such work against every <br />assessable lot, piece or parcel of land withi1 the improvements <br />affected, without regard to cash valuation, a3 provided by law, <br />and he shall file a copy of such proposed ass3ssment in his <br />office for public inspection. The City Manag3r may arrange for <br />the assistance of the Data Processing Divisi01 of the County of <br />Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed ass3ssment roll. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager shall, upon completi)n of such proposed <br />assessment, notify the Council thereof for th3ir further action <br />and for their setting of an assessment hearin~ therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />dUly seconded by Councilmember Matson and Up01 vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All p~esent; and the <br /> <br />following voted against: None.
