<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETI~G <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 14, 1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the CLty of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 14, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayo~ Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and K~hr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the followilg resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7939 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED I1PROVEMENTS <br />OF 1985, PROJECT p-85-10; <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND JRDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSME~T ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Cons)lidated <br />Improvements of 1985, Projects ST-P-85-8 and ?-85-10 of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville, consisting of the construction )f the following: <br /> <br />a. Project 85-8 on all that property abu~ting Fisk Street <br />from County Road C to Oakcrest Avenue by the installation <br />of bituminous paving, concrete curb ald gutter, storm <br />sewer and necessary appurtenances; ani <br /> <br />b. Project 85-10 on all that property abltting Rose Place <br />from Fisk Street to Avon Street by th= installation of <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and 5utter and necessary <br />appurtenances. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area desJribed in the legal <br /> <br />notice relating to the original hearing on th= Consolidated <br /> <br />Improvements of 1985, Project P-85-10, and th= resolution <br /> <br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is <br />
