<br />$ 31,006.00 and the other expenses incurred cr to be incurred in <br />the making of said improvements amounts to $_5,053.50 so that <br />the total cost of the improvements will be $~6,059.50 , and of <br /> <br />this cost the City will pay $28.579.97 <br /> <br />as its share of the <br /> <br />cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $7,479.53 <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith c~lculate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such work against every <br />assessable lot, piece or parcel of land withi~ the improvements <br />affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, <br />and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his <br />office for public inspection. The City Manager may arrange for <br />the assistance of the Data Processing Divisio~ of the County of <br />Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed assessment roll. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager shall, upon completiJn of such proposed <br />assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further action <br />and for their setting of an assessment hearin5 therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Matson and upo~ vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All p~esent; and the <br /> <br />following voted against: None.
