<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETIN1 <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 14, 1986 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on JUly 14, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7942 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NC. M-86-1; <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND CRDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSME~T ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Imprcvement No. M-86-1 <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville on all that property located at 2071 <br /> <br />Lindy Avenue by the removal of diseased trees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br /> <br />notice relating to the original hearing on thE' improvement and <br /> <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contt'act price for such <br /> <br />improvement is $ 655 ...Q..O_ and the other expenses incurred or to <br /> <br />be incurred in the making of said improvement~l amounts to <br /> <br />$196.50 <br />$ 851. 50 <br /> <br />so that the total cost of the imp)'ovements will be <br /> <br />and of this cost the City will pay $ _0_ <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br />
