<br />1. The cost to be specifically assessed i.) hereby declared <br />to be $ 851. 50 <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together wi th the as:) istance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith ca_culate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such work against every <br />assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the improvements <br />affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, <br />and he shall file a copy of such proposed asse:)sment in his <br />office for public inspection. The Ci ty Manage]' may arrange for <br />the assistance of the Data Processing Division of the County of <br />Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed asse:)sment roll. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager shall, upon completiol of such proposed <br />assessment, notify the Council thereof for theLr further action <br />and for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoilg resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Matson and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All pr~sent; and the <br /> <br />following voted against: None.
