<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 28, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was dUly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 28, 1986, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Kehr, Johnson and Cushman; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were Charles Honchell, City Public Works <br /> <br />Director; Pamela Converse Zeran of Peterson, Bell, Converse & <br /> <br />Jensen, City Attorney; and Thomas S. Deans of Knutson, Flynn & <br /> <br />Hetland, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7948 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENT NO. p-86-14 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT <br />TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. p-86-14 <br />consisting of the installation of base, bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities and necessary <br />appurtenances on all that property abutting Lydia Avenue from <br />Highcrest Road to Brenner Street and Stanbridge Street from Lydia <br />Avenue to Patton Road, as described in the Notice of Hearing at a <br />cost presently estimated at $141,932.79, and substantially in <br />accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility <br />thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; <br />and having considered the views of all interested persons and <br />
