<br />being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby <br />determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed <br />and financed. The City Public Works Director is directed to pre- <br />pare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifica- <br />tions. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />present; and the following voted against the same: None; <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
