same public purpose as requiring the pile to be removed three months sooner, with the <br />advantage of allowing more opportunity to reuse the rubble material. <br />106 7.0 RECOMMENDATION <br />10 7' Based on the comments and findings outlined in Sections 4-6 of this report, the Planning <br />108 Division concurs with the recommendation of the Planning Commission to approve the <br />109 proposed INTERIM USE but continues to recommend a longer timeline, subject to the <br />110 following conditions.- <br />ill a. Silt fencing surrounding the rubble pile shall be maintained in proper, functioning <br />112 condition for as long as the pile remains; <br />b. Materials in the pile shall be limited to the existing rubble, generated by the <br />demolition of the former building on the property, and no new rubble shall be <br />added to the pile; and <br />C. This approval shall expire at the end of October 31, 2011 or upon the complete <br />removal of the rubble material, whichever comes first.
