X's 0 r i arks and Recreation Needs Assessment Experten NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY (2010) Rolling Meadows, Illinois Leisure Vision is currently working with the Rolling Meadows, Illinois Park District on a needs assessment survey for their park district residents. A total of 300 surveys will be completed. The survey is being administered by mail and phone. Extensive cross-tabular analysis of survey responses will be conducted for a wide range of demographic factors, including age of respondents, gender, household size and types, income, education, etc. Results will be compared to Leisure Vision's national and Illinois database of survey responses. NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY (2010) Kettering, Ohio Leisure Vision worked with Kettering, Ohio on a needs assessment survey regarding recreation, cultural arts,, fitness and sports programming. A total of 400 surveys will be completed. The survey is being administered by mail and phone. Extensive cross-tabular analysis of survey responses will be conducted for a wide range of demographic factors, including age of respondents, gender, household size and types, income, education, etc. Results will be compared to Leisure Vision's national and Illinois database of survey responses. NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY (2010) Oak Park, Illinois Leisure Vision is currently working with the Park District of Oak Park on an update of a previous parks and recreation needs assessment survey conducted by Leisure Vision. A total of 1,000 surveys will be completed. The survey is being administered by mail and phone. Extensive cross-tabular analysis of survey responses will be conducted for a wide range of demographic factors, including age of respondents, gender, household size and types, income, education,, etc. Results will be compared to Leisure Vision's national and Illinois database of survey responses.
