Attachment A CITY OF ROSEVILLE AGREEMENT FOR GRAPHIC DESIGN, PRINTING, AND MAILING OF THE ROSEVILLE WRAP This Agreementis. n-iade and entered into by and between the City of Roseville, Minnesota, (hereinafler "City") and Greenl-iaven Printing (hereinafter "Green -haven"), a Minnesota Corporation, with its principal Place of business at 1995 County Road B-2. Roseville, Mim-iesota 55113. WHEREASI, the City communicates news of use and invortance to residents through a bi-mionthly reisident �newsletter, the Roseville Wrap (hereinafter "Newsletter"); WHO REAS,l the City requested proposals for graphic design, printing, and mailing of the A Newsletter, WHEREAS, Grielenhavien submitted a proposal for graphic design, pri,nting-, and mail'in of the Newsletter to the City, and I WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into this, Agreement with Greenhaven to provide graphic design, printing, and mailiniz services in accordance with the terms of thi-s Agreementi NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the mutual promises, set forth below, the parties agree as follows-., 1. Perisonniel Requirements.: Greenhaven shall retain sufficient personnel and equi ment to fulfill, the requirements and specifications of this Aueement. p 4.11 2. Paper, Requirements-, Greenhaven shall print the Newsletter on a four-w-page I 1 11 x 17"' broadsheet with a, foldeld size of t I V4" x 8 V2". Greenhaven shall print the Newsletter on, paper with a minii-num of 30% post-consuiner recycled content, 3.
