Tenn of Agreemeni- <br />The tenn of thi's Agreement shall be May 1, 2005 through April 30, 2008. The City <br />shall have the right to terminate. the Agreement by providing Greenhaven with <br />written, notice of its intent to terminate the Agreement thirty (30) days prior to <br />termination. <br />111. Compensation to Greenhaven <br />Compensation: City agrees to pay Greenhaven $3,447 per issue of the. <br />Newsletter for three-color issues or $3i,616 per i.ssue of the Newsletter for <br />four-color issues as specified in the RFP. The City reserves the right to <br />choose whether a particular issue of the Newsletter will be printed u-sing <br />three or four colors. The City also reserves the right to determine the <br />I <br />number of 'issues of the Newsletter to be printed, in. any given year. <br />2.
