A presidential election is always the most stressful election to coordinate. Absentee <br />voting is higher than usual and voter registration takes more time. The volume of calls <br />can be overwhelming at times. Training and scheduling election judges is extremely <br />complicated. I am concerned about training times for election judges. Judges are required <br />to have two hours of training every two years. It's best to have the training as close to the <br />primary as possible so the training remains fresh in the judges' minds. Training judges in <br />July would create an artificially long time between the training and the general election. <br />
