Description of the Section 4(f) Property. <br />Name: Langton Lakes Park <br />Size (acre): Main Park: 63.3 acres <br />Arthur Street Pond Parcel: 20.51 acres <br />Location: Northwest portion of City, east of Cleveland Avenue, west of Fairview <br />Avenue, South of Brenner Avenue. <br />Ownership: City <br />Type of Section 4(f) Property: Park <br />Function of or Available Activities on the Property: Nature traits,, ball fields, soccer <br />field, play structure, fishing pier. <br />Description and Location of Existing and Planned Facilities: The natuire trail winds <br />around Langton Lake. The ball fields and soccer fields, picnic areas, and play struictuires <br />are located near the north end of the park near Brenner Avenue. The fishing pier is <br />located near Couinty Road C2 West. No other improvements are planned at this time. <br />Access: The park is accessible via Cleveland Avenue North, Couinty Road D West, Couinty <br />Road C2 west, or Fairview Avenue North. Portions of these roadways also serve as bicycle <br />rouites. The park can also be accessed on foot from resid�ential areas within several blocks <br />(mostly to the east and north of the park). <br />
