<br />tiabled a final deci,si # on on the Hamline Avenue public 'improvement
<br />project from Larp�entieiur to County Road B,, Project No. P-SS-89-16,.

<br />unable to reach a decision on the project relating specifically
<br />to sidiewalk width and, location for, the siideigal-V..
<br />In an attempt to clarify the, issues, and, restate the staff
<br />position,,, I would note, that there are, several facts relating t
<br />the project that should be listed, These include the followingi

<br />The road width between Hamline and Larpenteur will be a
<br />52-fooltl, th,riele-1,ane design as, shown in the attached cross-
<br />section .
