The council was <br />101 9 <br />unable to reach a decision on the project relating specifically <br />to sidiewalk width and, location for, the siideigal-V.. <br />In an attempt to clarify the, issues, and, restate the staff <br />position,,, I would note, that there are, several facts relating t <br />the project that should be listed, These include the followingi <br />4 <br />The road width between Hamline and Larpenteur will be a <br />52-fooltl, th,riele-1,ane design as, shown in the attached cross- <br />section . <br />Poll As currently, presentled, a 4 to 1,,vote of the city council <br />will, ble.necesisiary to order the project, because it 'is a <br />non-pletitioned pubil"ic improvement. <br />0 <br />3,.
