177 Subdivision 9. Quorum. A majority of the entire Board shall constitute quorum, <br /> 178 but less than a quorum adjourn a scheduled meeting. <br /> 179 Subdivision 10. Voting Requirements. All financial apjpolicy_actions of the <br /> 180 Board shall require three (3) affirmative votes® All other actions shall require a simple <br /> 181 maioritv of Commissioners pLesent. <br /> 182 Subdivision 11. Meetings. Whenever Possible a,-r ular meetings of the <br /> r4i in r+,e <br /> 183 Board shall be held a least ..44y-rnontbjLon days selected by the Board. A <br /> 184 schedule of regular meeting dates shall be adopted annually by the Board. Special meetings <br /> 187 may be held at the request of the Board Chairman or at the request of two (2) <br /> 188 Commissioners provided that such special meeting shall be preceded by not less than <br /> 189 three (3) days written notice of the time, place and purpose of the special meeting. The <br /> 190 notice of the special meeting shall be delivered-GT-., mailed or e-mailed to the residence <br /> 191 or e-mail address of each commissioner and to each person who has filed a written <br /> 192 request for notice of special meetings with the Board. All meetings of the Board shall be <br /> 193 subject to the provisions of the Minnesota Open Meeting Law. <br /> 194 Subdivision 12. Location of Board Office,. The Board shall maintain a business <br /> 195 office at 2660 Civic Center Drive within the City of Roseville. All notices to the Board <br /> 196 shall be delivered or served to such office. Each City shall be compensated for <br /> 197 administrative services rendered to the Organization. <br /> 198 <br /> 199 SECTION IV <br /> 200 WATERSHED MANAGEMENT TAX DISTRICT <br /> 201 <br /> 202 Each City may establish a watershed management tax district for the portion of <br /> 203 its corporate boundaries which lie within the Grass Lake Watershed pursuant to the <br /> 204 provisions of M.S. 103B.245. Neither the provisions of this Agreement nor the <br /> 205 establishment of a watershed management tax district shall prevent the Councils of the <br /> 206 City of Roseville or the City of Shoreview from electing to finance the planning for water <br /> 207 management; financing of capital improvements; or for providing the normal and routine <br /> 208 maintenance of capital improvements within the Grass Lake Watershed by other <br /> 209 resources. <br /> 210 <br /> 211 SECTION V <br /> 212 POWER AN DUTIES OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> 6 <br />
