The disciplinary action may include demotion, suspension, <br />4 <br />dismissal,, warning, or reprimand. <br />In all events, an employee found guilty of sexual harassment <br />shall, be warned not to retaliate in any way aga inst the person <br />making the complaint of sexual harassment,, witnesses, or any other <br />Mi <br />person connected with 'the investigation of 'the complaint of <br />off <br />sey,ual 7ouarassment S <br />The, moti"Llon f or 'the adoption, of the f orego ing resolut ion was duly <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon,, the <br />seconde d , by, Member I <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br />and, the following voted against the same. <br />WHEREUPON said, resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
