Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. (Voting and Seating Order for October: McGehee; <br /> Willmus; Johnson; Pust; and Roe). City Attorney Mark Gaughan was also present. <br /> Executive Session Johnson moved, Willmus seconded, to go into closed executive ses- <br /> sion to continue a discussion of labor negotiation strategy, in accordance with MN Stat- <br /> utes 13.d.03. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee; Willmus; Johnson; Pust; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Mayor Roe convened the Roseville City Council in closed executive session at approxi- <br /> mately 6:05 p.m. <br /> [Willmus] moved, [Johnson] seconded, adjournment of the closed executive session, and <br /> return to open session. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee; Willmus; Johnson; Pust; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> [Closed Executive Session participants included Mayor Roe, Councilmembers McGehee, <br /> Willmus, Johnson and Pust, City Attorney Gaughan, City Manager Malinen and Human <br /> Resources Manager Bacon.] <br /> Open Session <br /> Mayor Roe adjourned the closed executive session at approximately 7:20 p.m. and recon- <br /> vened the City Council in open session at approximately 7:24 p.m. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Councilmember McGehee noted that she had general questions on four(4) of the Consent <br /> Agenda items, but didn't think that those items necessarily needed to be removed for <br /> those questions. Mayor Roe suggested that Councilmember McGehee's questions be ad- <br /> dressed during approval of the Consent Agenda. <br /> Johnson moved, Willmus seconded, approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br />
