<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
<br />Council of' the City, of Roseville,, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly
<br />[-ield in the City Hall at, 26610 c, Center Drive, Roseville,, Minnesota,
<br />on Monday,, the ninth day, of 1988 at 7:30 o'clock p.m.

<br />WHEREAS, the City Council, received a petition from all owners of
<br />thie real proplerty known as, Centre Pointe Business Park in the City of
<br />Roseville requesting that the Council install concrete curb and gutter
<br />and, necessary appurtenances at said, location and requesting that the
<br />entire cost of said improvement be asse,sseild against their property; anik
<br />1AUEREAS. pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April 25, 1988,
<br />a report ',has been, prepared by the City Public Works Director with
<br />reference to, the 'improvement,, and this report was received by the
<br />Council, on May 9,, 1988;

<br />N101W THEREFORE BE IT"RE'ISOLV'ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA.
<br />1. The, aforesaid petition is, signied by the owner of all property
<br />affected by said requested improvement gin accordance with
<br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.,031, Subd, 3.
