<br />certify in each year thereafter the amount by which the original <br />assessed value has increased or decreased in accordance with <br />the Act; and the City Manager is authorized and directed <br />to forthwith transmit this request to the County Auditor <br />in such form and content as the Auditor may specify, together <br />with a list of all properties within Tax Increment Financing <br />Districts Nos. 6, 7 and 8 for which building permits have <br />been issued during the 18 months immediately preceding the <br />adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />9. There is hereby created a special account designated <br />"Tax Increment District No. 6 Tax Increment Account" to be <br />held by the City Treasurer separate and apart from all other <br />accounts of the City. There shall be credited into this <br />account all tax increments received with respect to Tax Increment <br />District No. 6 to be used in accordance with the Tax Increment <br />Financing Act, the modified Development Program and the Tax <br />Increment Financing Plan adopted for Tax Increment District <br />No.6. <br /> <br />10. There is hereby created a special account designated <br />"Tax Increment District No. 7 Tax Increment Account" to be <br />held by the City Treasurer separate and apart from all other <br />accounts of the City.
