REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 7/13/87 <br />ITEM NO. <br />Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Approval: <br />Item Descriptihn: Har Mar request for Special Use Permit and variances <br />at 2100 North Snelling Avenue. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its July 1, 1987 meeting, unani- <br />mously recommended approval of Har Mar's request for Special Use Permit <br />and variances at 2100 North Snelling Avenue with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That handicapped ramps be installed between proposed and existing <br />handicapped parking spaces nearest to the nearest Mall entrance. <br />2. <br />That <br />sidewalks be constructed on Snelling and County <br />Road B. <br />3. <br />That <br />periphery of parking areas, <br />drives, and islands <br />be curbed. <br />4. <br />That <br />staff approve drainage and <br />engineering plans. <br />5. <br />That <br />staff approve final landscape plans, to include <br />a neighbor- <br />hood <br />review meeting which would <br />address improvements <br />in existing <br />screening and pedestrian access <br />areas. <br />6. That pedestrian access areas be hard surfaced. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Har Mar's request for Special Use Permit and <br />variances at 2100 North Snelling Avenue, with the aforementioned <br />conditions if so desired. <br />
