<br />E -11 Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8155, RESOLUTION
<br />accepting a petition for the reconstruction of South 8155
<br />Owasso Boulevard from Dale Street to Rice Street,
<br />identified as Project P- 87 -11, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />E -12 Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that a release of ease- RELEASE OF
<br />ment, Document No. 1957804, dated Feburary 9, 1977, EASEMENT
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Kehr,
<br />Johnson, and Wiski. Nays: None.
<br />E -13 Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that an On Sale Malt ON SALE MALT
<br />Beverage License for ANHDAO Vietnamese Restaurant BEVERAGE LICENSE
<br />at 2575 N. Fairview, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Wiski. Nays:
<br />None.
