<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 23, 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br /> <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 23, 1987, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Kehr, Johnson and Cushman; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8113 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. ST-p-W-86-50 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all owners <br /> <br />of the real property abutting Lincoln Drive from the West Fron- <br /> <br />tage Road of Snelling Avenue to Terrace Drive in the City of <br /> <br />Roseville requesting that the Council install bituminous paving, <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage, watermain, sanitary <br /> <br />sewermains and necessary appurtenances at said location and <br /> <br />requesting that the entire cost of said improvement be assessed <br /> <br />against their property; and <br />
