<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br /> <br />November 24, 1986, a report has been prepared by the City Public <br /> <br />Works Director with reference to the improvement, and this report <br /> <br />was received by the Council on February 23, 1987; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owner of all pro- <br />perty affected by said requested improvement in accor- <br />dance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.031, Subd. 3. <br /> <br />2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as <br />proposed in the report of the City Public Works Director. <br /> <br />I <br />3. The City Public Works Director is hereby designated as <br />the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare <br />plans and specifications for the making of such <br />improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Kehr and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />present; and the following voted against the same: None; <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
