<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 23, 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of <br />February, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8119 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR VARIOUS SPECIFIED IMPROVEMENTS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />FOR 1987 CONTRACT A, 1987 CONTRACT 8, <br />1987 CONTRACT D AND 1987 CONTRACT E <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on February 3, 1987, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br /> <br />plans and specifications for Improvements No. p-85-208 and <br /> <br />sw-85-20E and has presented such plans and specifications to the <br /> <br />Council for approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on February 3, 1987, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br /> <br />plans and specifications for Improvement No. ST-85-21 and has <br /> <br />presented such plans and specifications to the Council for appro- <br /> <br />val; and <br />
