<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council <br />on December 8, 1986, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br />plans and specifications for Improvement No. P-W-SS-86-42 and has <br />presented such plans and specifications to the Council for appro- <br />val; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council, the City Public Works <br />Director has prepared plans and specifications for Improvement <br />No. p-86-43 and has presented such plans and specifications to <br />the Council for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council <br />on June 9, 1986, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br />plans and specifications for Improvement No. P-SS-w-86-10 and has <br />presented such plans and specifications to the Council for appro- <br />val; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council <br />on February 3, 1987, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br />plans and specifications for Improvement No. P-SS-W-86-30 and has <br />presented such plans and specifications to the Council for appro- <br />val; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council <br />on January 26, 1987, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br />plans and specifications for Consolidated Improvements of 1987, <br />Project p-86-20 and has presented such plans and specifications <br />to the Council for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council <br />on January 26, 1987, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br />plans and specifications for Consolidated Improvements of 1987, <br />-2- <br />
