<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />MARCH 9, 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 9th day of March, 1987, <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Matson introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8122 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. M-87-06 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all owners <br /> <br />of the real property on County Road C and the West Snelling <br /> <br />Frontage Road in the City of Roseville requesting that the <br /> <br />Council install a traffic signal and necessary appurtenances at <br /> <br />said location and requesting that the entire cost of said impro- <br /> <br />vement be assessed against their property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br /> <br />February 23, 1987, a report has been prepared by the City Public <br /> <br />Works Director with reference to the improvement, and this report <br /> <br />was received by the Council on March 9, 1987; <br />
