<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owner of all pro- <br />perty affected by said requested improvement in accor- <br />dance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.031, Subd. 3. <br /> <br />2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as <br />proposed in the report of the City Public Works Director. <br /> <br />3. Ramsey County is hereby designated as the engineer for <br />this project, and shall act on behalf of the City to <br />design the project, award the contract, and inspect and <br />construct said improvement pursuant to Agreement No. <br />87005 between the City and the County. <br /> <br />4. Agreement No. 87005 between the City and the County for <br />the completion of this project is approved and the City <br />Manager is authorized to sign said agreement in behalf of <br />the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Kehr and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />present; and the following voted against the same: None; <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
