<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />MARCH 23, 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of <br /> <br />March, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Councilmembers Cushman, <br /> <br />Matson, Kehr and Johnson; and the following was absent: Mayor <br /> <br />Wiski. <br /> <br />Councilmember Matson introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8125A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. <br />P-SS-W-86-30 AND AMENDING RESOLUTION <br />NO. 8099 DATED FEBRUARY 3, 1987 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville that <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8099, dated February 3, 1987 entitled "Resolution <br /> <br />Ordering the Construction of Improvement No. P-SS-W-86-30 and <br /> <br />Preparation of Plans and Specifications Under and Pursuant to <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429" be and is hereby amended to read <br /> <br />as follows: <br />
