<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />MARCH 23, 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was dUly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of <br />March, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Councilmembers Cushman, <br /> <br />Matson, Johnson and Kehr; and the following were absent: Mayor <br /> <br />Wiski. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cushman introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8128 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR V~RIOUS SPECIfIED IMPROVEMENTS <br />AND ORDERING ~DVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDS <br />FOR 1987 CONTRACT C, 1987 CONTRACT G, <br />1987 CONTRACT HAND 1987 CONTRACT I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the direction of the City Council, the <br /> <br />City Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications <br /> <br />for Improvement No. M-85-30 and has presented such plans and spe- <br /> <br />cifications to the Council for approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the direction of the City Council, the <br /> <br />City Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications <br /> <br />for Improvement No. M-86-11 and has presented such plans and spe- <br /> <br />cifications to the Council for approval; and <br />
