<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the direction of the City Council, the <br />City Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications <br />for Improvement No. M-86-13 and has presented such plans and spe- <br />cifications to the Council for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the direction of the City Council, the <br />City Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications <br />for Improvement No. M-85-29 and has presented such plans and spe- <br />cifications to the Council for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the direction of the City Council, the <br />City Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications <br />for Improvement No. M-85-36 and has presented such plans and spe- <br />cifications to the Council for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the direction of the City Council, the <br />City Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications <br />for Improvement No. M-86-12 and has presented such plans and spe- <br />cifications to the Council for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the direction of the City Council on <br />February 9, 1987, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br />plans and specificiations for Consolidated Improvements of 1987, <br />Project p-86-22 and has presented such plans and specifications <br />to the Council for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council <br />on February 9, 1987, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br />plans and specifications for Improvement No. P-86-34 and has pre- <br />sented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval; <br />and <br /> <br />-2- <br />
