<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. Such plans and specifications for each such improvement <br />specified above, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a <br />part hereof, are hereby approved. <br />2. 1987 Contract C includes the following improvements: <br />M-85-30; M-86-11 and M-86-13. The City Manager shall prepare and <br />cause to be inserted in the Roseville_B~view, the official paper, <br />and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon <br />the making of such approved plans and specifications. The adver- <br />tisement for 1987 Contract C shall be published as required by <br />law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids on <br />the basis of cash payment for such work, shall state that the <br />bids will be received by the City Manager and Public Works <br />Director until 10:00 o'clock a.m. on April 23, 1987, at which <br />time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall by the City <br />Manager and City Public Works Director, will then be tabulated, <br />and will subsequently be considered by the Council; and that no <br />bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager <br />and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond <br />payable to the Manager for ten percent of the amount of such bid. <br />3. 1987 Contract G includes the following improvements: <br />M-85-29; M-85-36; M-86-12; Consolidated Improvements of 1987, <br />Project P-86-22; P-86-34; Consolidated Project ST-86-34; and <br />M-86-18. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Roseville Review, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making <br />-4- <br />
