The advertisement for <br />1987 Contract C shall be published as required by law, shall spe- <br />cify the work to be done, shall call for bids on the basis of <br />cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids will be <br />received by the City Manager and Public Works Director until <br />9:00 o'clock a.m. on April 21, 1987, at which time they will be <br />publicly opened in the City Hall by the City Manager and City <br />Public Works Director, will then be tabulated, and will sub- <br />sequently be considered by the Council; and that no bids will be <br />considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accom- <br />panied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to <br />the Manager for ten percent of the amount of such bid. <br />4. 1987 Contract H includes the following improvements: <br />p-86-14; and Consolidated Improvements of 1987, Projects p-86-21 <br />and P-86-27. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Roseville Review, the official paper, and in the <br />~onstruction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making <br />of such approved plans and specifications.
