<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APRIL 13, 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting on <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall on Monday, the 13th day of April, 1987, <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Councilmembers Matson, <br /> <br />Cushman, Johnson and Kehr; and the following were absent: Mayor <br /> <br />Wiski. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8130 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />1987 CONTRACT E <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvements, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> <br />on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were <br />received on April 7, 1987, at 9:00 o'clock a.m., opened and <br /> <br />tabulated according to law and the following bids were received <br /> <br />complying with the advertisement: <br />
