The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Total Asphalt Construction Co. for <br />$299,346.02 in the name of the City of Roseville for the above <br />improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof <br />heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office <br />of the City Manager. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made <br />with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and <br />the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have <br />been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present; and the following voted against: None; whereupon <br /> <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
