Attachment A I EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING 2 OF THE 3 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE 4 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on 14th day of February, 2011, at 6.-00 p.m. The following members were present and the following members were absent Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.- RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON DALE STREET BETWEEN COUNTY ROAD C AND S. OWASSO BLVD BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows.- WHEREAS,, Dale Street between County Road C to S. Owasso Boulevard is a Municipal State Aid roadway; AND WHEREAS,, such roadways are proposed to be reconstructed using Municipal State Aid funds and the reconstruction of such roadways must conform to established State Aid standards; AND WHEREAS,, State Aid standards do not allow parking on both sides of 2 lane roads narrower than 38 feet; AND WHEREAS,, Dale Street will be reconstructed to 35 feet wide from County Road C to Owasso Hills Drive. Parking will be permitted on the west side and "no parking"' signs will be posted on the east side of the street. AND WHEREAS,, Dale Street will be narrowed to 30 feet wide between Owasso Hills Drive and S. Owasso Boulevard, parking prohibited on both sides of the street for this segment; NOW,, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED,, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that parking is hereby allowed along the west side of Dale Street between County Road C and Owasso Hills Drive, and prohibited along the prohibited on all other segments of Dale Street between County Road C and S. Owasso Boulevard; The motion was duly seconded by Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
