The proposed outdoor storage area is at the rear of the building, adjacent to the <br />40 railroad tracks and facing other industrial properties; this location should not be <br />41 visible from the public street; <br />42, go The proposed fencing is consistent with the requirement that be screened by a <br />43 solid opaque wall or fence at least 8 feet in height; <br />44, h. Aggregates or granular materials are not proposed to be stored outdoors; and <br />9 1 <br />45 i. The proposal indicates that the outdoor building materials would be kept at or <br />46 below the top of the proposed fence. <br />4`7 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />48 the proposed outdoor storage at 2360 County Road C as a CONDITIONAL USE in accordance with <br />49 Section § 1009.02 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions.- <br />50 a. Materials stored outdoors shall be finished goods and shall be arranged in stacks <br />51 not more than 8 feet in height; <br />52, b. The minimum width of the gate shall meet the approval of the Fire Marshal for <br />53 access by fire apparatus if deemed necessary; and <br />54 C.
