<br />2 On Novembelr 12, 2010, the Roseville Police Department's, K9 Majolr was, injured While assisting the Maplewood
<br />3 Police Depaftment in the apprehension of theft suspects. Major's, partner, officer John Jorgensen,, rusfied Major
<br />4, to the Univemity of Minnesota Vetednalry Centelr Whelre veterinarians , welre able to stabilize Major; howevelr,, due to
<br />5 the extent of his injuries, Majolr remains, unable to use his hind legs,.

<br />"7 Since that time,, Majolr has been receiving Galre from the Univemity of Minnesota Vetednalry Centelr Whelre he has
<br />(received the hest of compassion,, treatment and their qpy.

<br />11 Jolrgens,en and his family,, the Jolrgensen family will be responsible fdr costs, incurred folr Majolr's, continued
