Residents sellected options they <br />supported for each service. Options inclluded eliminating each service, reducing service llevells, maintaining current service llevells, <br />and raising taxes/fees. This analysis allso is availlablle broken down by demographic group., <br />To act on this information, the City shoulld consider: <br />1. Developing itnternell City teams to further analyze the resullts and brainstorm ideas about why respondents answered as <br />they did in these key areas and poteu ball actions in response., <br />2. Validate ideas and poteu ball actions through conversations and town hall mleetings/focus groups with residents and Mine <br />staff., Based on this validation, select 2-3 initiatives that make the most sense.
