I therefore recommend that final <br />payment be made from the improvement fund to the contractors for the balance on the contract <br />as follows.- <br />Original Project amount (based on estimated quantities), $125,970.50 <br />Phase I Final Contract Amount $44,715.70 <br />Phase 2 Final Contract Amount $,55,813.50 <br />Previous payments on Phase 2 $,5 1,407.8 <br />Balance Due for Phase 2 $4,405.68 <br />The construction costs for this project have been funded as follows.- <br />Storm Sewer Infrastructure Fund $83J23.47 <br />Ramsey Conservation District $, 17,405.73 <br />Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and would like more information. <br />Sincerely, <br />Debra M.
