The report included HRA <br />48 <br />accomplishments in 2011 to-date; status of the green remodeling plan book anticipated for <br />49 <br />completion by the end of this month; a recent mailer sent to Roseville residents determined to <br />50 <br />be in financial distress with their mortgages or at risk of foreclosure, providing an offer by the <br />51 <br />Rondo Community Land Trust. <br />52 <br />53 <br />Related to the current foreclosure situation for Roseville, Ms. Kelsey advised that the <br />54 <br />community continued to have a lower average of homes in financial arrears, which was a good <br /> <br />
