The City Forester may enter upon private premises at any reasonable time for the <br /> 24 purpose of carrying out any of the duties assigned him or her under this chapter. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 706.06 STREET TREE MASTER PLAN: <br /> 2 8 -E. <br /> 29 TREE STING RI=AN : The Street Tree Master Plan <br /> 30 Mamntenane shall address the following matters together with any other <br /> 31 matters deemed appropriate by the City Forester HeFtie,,lt,,, t: <br /> 32 <br /> 33 1. List of Acceptable Varieties: The list may provide for the planting of certain <br /> 34 varieties or mixes of varieties in certain locations. <br /> 35 2. Prohibit planting of specific trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 3. Minimum size of plant material. <br /> 38 4. Grade and quality of plant material. <br /> 39 5. Method/technique of planting and support. <br /> 40 6. Maintenance. <br /> 41 7. Recommended trimming and pruning techniques. <br /> 42 8. Recommended acceptable treatment. (Ord. 1107, 12-9-91) <br /> 43 9. Recommended planting spaces <br /> 44 <br /> 45 When approved by resolution of the City Council following a review by the City Tree <br /> 46 Board, the Public Works Director and Community Development Director, the <br /> 47 Comprehensive Tree Plan and any modifications will be the Official Plan of the City. <br /> 48 After the adoption of the Official Plan, no tree planting permit will be issued which <br /> 49 does not conform to the Tree Planting Plan. <br /> 50 <br /> 51 <br /> 52 706.07: REGULATIONS FOR PLANTING OR REMOVING TREES, <br /> 53 SHRUBS OR HERBACEOUS PLANTS ON PUBLIC PROPERTY: <br /> 54 . <br /> 4 <br />
