9 <br />The agreement benefits Roseville financially and programmatically and affords the City <br />40 of Lauderdale the opportunity for their residents to participate in an expanded aray of <br />4 i recreation programs. <br />42 POLICY OBJECTIVE <br />43 This DrODosal is consistent with the Parks and Recreation Svstem Master Plan and with <br />44 the encouragement to share services whenever practicle and possible. <br />45 FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS <br />46 The City of Lauderdale will be paying for the services rendered per agreement. <br />47 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />48 Based on the Parks and Recreation System Master Plan and the policy of sharing services <br />49 whenever practicle and possible staff recommends approval of the attached agreement. <br />5o REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />'i Motion authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to sign the attached agreement between <br />52 the City of Lauderdale and the City of Roseville Parks and Recreation for the provision <br />53 of Summer Recreation Programs between June 20th, 2011 and August 24th, 2011 as <br />�" 4 outlined. <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
